Hello Fellow Chicago Business Owner.



We are capturing a few pieces of information from you so that:



  1. All members of the group will be able to easily communicate directly with each other in a timely fashion moving forward. 
  2. We can find out and tabulate - together with everyone's results - how your specific business is being effected by current events; e.g., forced storefront closing, industry shutdown, etc.
  3. We can see and collate your feedback on what you think needs to be done in order to bring your business back online and return it to prosperity.
  4. We can put the cumulative results together and present the facts so that we can come up with a specific plan of action, free of bias or partisanship.



The group will see the tabulation of the results.  However, no one will know who made any given contribution unless that person decides to break anonymity.  The goal is to collect unbiased opinions and recommendations, free of risk or reprisal.

Once we all know what we are dealing with collectively, we can come up with a Mission Statement and a Strategic Action Plan to execute very quickly.



Again, no one is going to know who contributed what.  So, nothing counts except for being specific and honest.   



Let's get this information hammered out so we can start formulating a plan before the weekend.



As you know, both our livelihoods and our lives are at stake.
